It’s easy to default to what you already know, especially when things are working “well enough.” But in my experience, progress usually comes from stepping outside of that a bit, putting yourself in situations where you’re still figuring things out. That might mean getting feedback, noticing gaps, or realising there are better ways to approach something. It’s not always comfortable, but it tends to be where the useful improvements happen. For me, that’s looked like learning Facebook ads myself rather than avoiding it because I didn’t understand it at first. I’ve also spent time rehearsing my pitch with a speech coach, just to get an outside perspective and see where I could improve. Nothing dramatic, just small decisions to stay open and keep learning. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Most of the time, it’s just about being willing to listen, try things, and make a few adjustments along the way. |
